Once a has placed an order we process the order, pack it, and schedule a delivery to the address provided by the customer
Our delivery is done by a motorbike or a car depending on the size of the product.
The delivery amount is calculated during the order placement process and it is calculated according to the address of the customer.
Our customers can pay via mobile money, Bank transfer or via Credit cards or by cash on Delivery once they receive our product and once they feel satisfied
For the patent defect, you can initiate a return up to 3 days after delivery if:
You receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item
When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

- Is it possible to change my refund option at any time?
Yes of course, except when our agent is already on the road coming to replace or refund the product in this case u will be obliged to pay transport fees
- How much time it will take to return an item and get my refund?
It will depend on the nature of the cause of return
- Is it necessary to return all products in my order?
No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return your choice of selected items.
(In case of gift I received gift in purchasing) Do I have to return the gift when I return a product?
Yes, any free gift must also be returned.
- Is it possible to Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?
Replacement is an option if you agree and the seller agree also (in case both parties agree to do so)
- Why was my item redelivered to me instead of a refund?
Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot verify your reason for returning it.
When the client claim being overcharged and we recognize that he/she has been overcharged, he or she must claim and after three working days he/she will get the reimbursement

In case of a claim, the claimant shall contact olado staff and settle the dispute amicably.
